Buying and Selling Gold is risky business, and for those who have lots of money

It's pretty simple actually.

Crisis or fear of crisis: People lose trust in their money -> gold is as likely to raise as a priest is likely to molest little boys

Any other state of the economics = don't F****** invest in gold

i have brought gold in my local area with no issues.
In my local area you can't give them cash(well you can
but it is a pain in the ass) plus we had to have a valid
id (which i graze over fairly often).

So i would write them a check, and the same day
sell it to another guy and use that money to cover
the check i just wrote.

I had interest in this market when i read an article
in the Wall Street Journal about the "black market
for the we buy gold guys" The mention the big
national company that buys gold via mail you send
them your gold they send you a check.

Well in the article they stated that those guys pay
about 25 cents on the dollar! What!

Put a few ads on CL and started getting calls. Within
3 or 4 weeks there went from no ads on CL for "we buy
gold" to like 12.

It is a viable business but you need the leads to make it
work.
