why would you call it fluff and bullshit? it gives a really good foundation and direction in real estate investing if you don't want to tie up your money and credit.

what the video doesn't offer is the work one would have to do to accomplish the end result like writing or obtaining contracts and a website tied with an auto responder to make the business more automated and actually following the method that was being talked about.

i didn't see any fluff or bullshit. i did see it as a small teaser if a person wants their hand to be held but i don't find that necessary since most of what someone is looking for can be found online for free if they know how to research.

haha...If you want to do what every newb and their dog investor is trying to do...then do this and by all means keep spinnin those wheels. It's like a bad rip off of the countless dip stick gurus out there who tell people what to do meanwhile they are doing something completely different that actually works. If you are targeting the same b.s. as everyone and their dog, who do you think is gonna win? The dude with experience negotiating. NOT the newb who most likely can't afford $2k a month for marketing to saturated lists everyone is using cause so called gurus create courses off of other hack gurus.
