Review (sort of...) :
The PDF is actually a bit amusing in that it was made by a guru-wannabe who is recommending copycatting other guru-wannabees to make $$$$, and sure, why not ??

Not a bad plan as long as one is good with becoming a total copycat - no idea what controversies this might bring, nor what eventual effects upon one's online reputation either.
Since so many in the IM/MMO space do this every day though - maybe this idea has not yet found ALL the possible suckers for its slightly revised shiny objects ??

Conclusion:
A worthy read, if only to gain some perspective.
