Review:
This 14min presentation explains creation of a set-and-forget telephone number website, the main advantage being - low SE competition.
Some very basic link-building included, but pretty much nothing about getting content, i.e., the actual website running, apart from outsourcing the phone script or buying one from the author for $37. Though a good niche, it doesn't give you the tools, just the idea.

If anyone knows where to [get] such a phone script, give your fellow BBHFers a shout :)
