It'll be very good if the OP replies here with additional info as described below...?!

I grabbed the DL just to check it.
There is no indication of its actual source contained in the ZIP file - nor any way to tell if it is nulled unless one installs it.

There are activation steps mentioned in the doc which indicate needing a code.

The HTML doc does say this:

Generally - anything claiming to be nulled is either 1 of these 2 things:
1 - Grabbed from a nulled script site of dubious integrity (most common);
2 - Nulled by the sharer who may have added things undetectable using any AV for backdoors, data theft, etc.

Absent these needed FACTS - it is ALWAYS best to steer clear of ALL nulled website tools and sometimes even ones being sold by codecanyon, etc. also have bad things in them that one doesn't find until the damages are done.
