Books like these are large on the "What" but very short to none existent on the "How", mostly because because they don't know the how.

One case in point, in the bible there is a phrase in Psalms 46:4-5.

There is a river whose streams shall make glad the city of God, The holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High. God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God shall help her, just at the break of dawn.

River is a metaphor for Mind, streams is meant to convey there are layers of a Mind is like streams in a River. Theses layers of Mind can touch on your Spirit, Soul or Body, any part of you.

Tabernacle would be your Physical Body, Mind and Soul.

Holy place would be the three upper Endocrine glands.

Edgar Cayce talks of an upper and lower stratum of mind, which is another way of saying layers.

A cleansed Mind has access to the City of God, the upper three Endodrine glands in the neck and head regions and make glad that city." Her" would be your Spirit.

Quantum Physics claim Mind is important and inflences reality, actually can make changes to our reality.

Edgar Cayce says using Your Spirit and Spirit Mind you can do what would be impossible to the average person.

In moderen day media this would be like having Star Trek concepts that humans have without needing machinery. Teleportation, invisability, telepathy, invulnerability, etc. or Star Wars concepts, Jedi level abilities.

It sounds crazy but those IP's are based on Jewish Mysticism and Daoism from thousands of years ago.

If you want to learn this stuff then you'll "Have to go to the Ant" another way of saying get busy! That's also in the bible.

The physical body has thousands and thousands of Endrocrine glands from head to toe, with seven major Endocrine glands managing all those other Endocrine glands and the whole body actually.

Cleansing (with water and Meta-Physical water of Spirit) and purifying (with Meta-Physical Fire) the Phyiscal Body, it's Mind and Soul, makes it possible to have these abilities, also to see that which would normally be invisable.

Note: The Spirit - Mother, Divine Intelligence, phrased as Water. The Father - Force, phrased as Fire.
