As the name suggests "stand alone"
Extract the contents of the zip. Create a folder on your server. Upload the extracted files. Then go to http://yoursite/yourfolder/index.php This is not a WP plugin. My guess is that you have to add some code to the site you want to monitor the heatmap with. Similar to setting up Analytics. If you've participated in a group buy and had a good experience then let others know.
