It is good that people share things that pertain to something other than money because without our health, you can't spend the money anyway.
100% agree. You can't be on top of your game if you are nutritional deficient and a depressed lump of miserableness.

If the obamacare disaster actually rolls out I think you'll actually see a lot of people start investigating REAL health care, which is self care.

The mega corporate/political machines and their greed and psychopathic delusions are killing this entire planet. It disgusts me how willfully ignorant and just straight up stupid people can be to actually support any of them.
Lets add the greediness of big pharma and their controlling body into the hot pot aswell! Thanks for the share +rep added

That's exactly what I mean by "mega corporate/political machines" - They are ALL in the same bed together.

I see it like this.

75% of the economical world are good hard working trying to live a good life people who either run a small business or work for one. The other 25% are these fuckin' leeches on our lives. The politicians, the mega corporations, the criminal element that arises out of poverty because of these psychopaths and their propaganda and control systems and the criminal element at the very top of the food chain. The bankers and these shitheads who think they are rulers over the entire population. It amazes me they are still breathing. There's enough pissed off people to rise up and get rid of them - yet they don't.

I discovered this many years ago having come across the book called:'Lessons From The Miracle Doctors'

I won't start on the corporate/political BS ...because my time is too valuable to sit here and type pages upon pages about these A**holes - OK I'll be nice and just say they are simply deluding the common folks...

NO! I'm going to have 1 RANT!

So there!

Coca Cola is Poison

DON'T believe me? Do your own research or check this out: killercoke.org/health_issues.php

Coca Cola is only GOOD for 1 thing AND that is to clean your TOILET!

If ONLY everybody WORLD-WIDE knew this INFORMATION.

I wonder if Warren Buffett knows this information? As Coca-Cola's biggest shareholder. Berkshire Hathaway owns 400 million shares of the soft drink giant, a stake worth nearly $16.2 billion.

If he knew, surely that would prick his conscience...or maybe not, in which case... Tongue

Read the apple cider vinegar thread and start with that. It's easy, cheap and will definitely help.

Note: If you do, and you use honey and you get brain fog, just switch the honey out for some "quality" maple syrup. The brain fog might be a reaction to the honey. I mention it because it happens to some people and they think it's the ACV, when it's really the honey. Or they have a major blood sugar issue.

And go for a walk. After many years on this planet I am 100% convinced that walking is the best form of exercise for your health and well being next to lifting heavy shit once in a while. Seriously. Just walk for a while out in nature. Breath deep and once in a while get your bare feet on the ground. Try to go for a walk every day, it doesn't even have to be far. 20 or 30 mins even. Sprint every once in a while too.

Ever really pay attention to a dog? Ever notice how all of them run around spazzing out like lunatics every once in a while? They are instinctively exercising. Animals naturally follow what is right for their body. Somewhere along the line, the majority of humans stopped doing this.

And dogs love to go for walks. Lol

Just those two changes will help anyone feel better.

Thanks again.. I will .. I am already planning out some changes.. I've done the walking before.. and agree it's the easiest
cheapest feel good exercise there is...
never really understood how to take ACV .. so nasty!! but adding honey makes sense.. or maple syrup...

for some reason this book was really an eye opener for me.. not to mention that I have let certain health conditions get
out of control ... High BP .. etc.. blood sugars.. so where I would have passed this up in the past , I am grateful it caught my eye!

Aloe will greatly help with high BP and it works fast. You can mix it in a smoothie, juice etc. You should be able to buy pieces of aloe at just about any good health food store. Cut a piece about 2 inches off. Fillet it and take out the inner gel and add it to a drink. A close friend of mine was on BP medication. The aloe totally solved the problem and no more meds.

you can buy aloe in liquid form, but it's going to contain preservatives. I'd recommend just getting the actual plant like I said. Research it, there's some good videos around. Look up aloe girl on you tube. Again, it's cheap and easy.

And for the ACV - Just dilute it with water until it's acceptable to your taste. The honey and maple syrup make a HUGE difference plus you'll get some electrolytes as well. Try cinnamon, too. Experiment, I guarantee if you mess around a bit and try some different variations you'll make a drink that actually tastes great. It's also an acquired taste so after a couple of days it will grow on you.
