But the belief that US lawyers can't touch you in Germany is an illusion they just hire a German lawyer although there are US law firms in Germany.

I was threatened with legal action for holding a domain by US lawyers they demanded $50,000 and accused me of cyber squatting.

Thanks to my bargaining skills I convinced them they could buy my domain for $5000 and I was haggled down to $2000 not bad for an $8 domain.

I had no clue it was even worth keeping it and was about to let it lapse.

Only tell them that you live only from social Money! they cant take that! It is forbidden! to take money from the states!
And make your business only with Paypal, not your own Account!
And better: use a subdomain, so that they do not get your "who is"! (name and adress)
