With all due respect to the OP, if you're running a serious business it wouldn't be advisable to start emailing people when you don't have their consent.

Maybe I'm just old fashioned but I would never send a serious email to someone who has not given me permission to email them (whether they're biz op or not), and this just seems like email addresses that unfortunately were leaked, so it's a long and potentially dangerous path to use these if your business is a real business and not just blasting CPA or other types of offers to the owners of these email addresses.

If you're not seriously seeking to make money in a business that has a real future, then you can probably go ahead and ignore my observations.
