For linux/Mac users try this command

This is an awesome share. Thanks OP.
Also, not to hijack the post, but I have created a little app which I used to download everything. It saved me a bunch of time since it downloads in the background while I do other things. Would anyone else like a copy? If so, PM me and I will send you the link. Ooh, almost forgot... +1 rep added, would add a ton more if I could, but I'm new here so I guess I can only give 1. Here is how you can download using a simple google chrome extension called: "Download Master" just install this extension and you can download all the links and select: zip, pdf, or any extension or all and it will download everything to your folder.
