Here's a quick summary:

The basic gist is to find people to partner with and promote their (preferably) high ticket products via webinar. They supply the product, you organize the webinar. Drive traffic via your list, FB, solos, etc to a squeeze page built via a tool like LeadPages that simultaneously gets prospects both on a webinar registration as well as your list.

He then goes into various tactics to improve results (when to drive most of your traffic, how often to contact your prospects, creating bonuses, etc.)
