My Personal Review...

It seems as there is not much "meat" to the course. He merely provides commentary on each section of Google's News submission Guidelines found here:

It reads like a curated blog post - Google says this/This is what I think it means - throughout the pdf.

I guess the real benefit he is providing with this WSO is bringing massive awareness that this was even possible. Most people were unaware.

As far as "special tips" and "tricks" There was nothing new besides Do not index your site until you have 3 months worth of article at about 3-5 posts a day. And the trick is with a new site just back date the posts and find the news from each specific date.
