RE: [GET] Github introduction to version control and remote files
@discovip you're relatively new here, perhaps you're not aware of udemy rules in this forum (although you should) here is a pertinent one for you:

"[4] before posting please use "search" to check if the
course was posted already

(how I do it: copy
the title of the course in " ..." click search and voila..)

A) if the course
was posted already and I found new code:

go to existing thread and post new code under this thread

DON'T CREATE A NEW THREAD EVEN IF THE CODE IS DIFFERENT FROM THE ORIGINAL ONE!

Sometimes the
author gives new code after few weeks or even months so it's obvious the code
is gonna be different from the first one.

B) if you didn't
find the course through "search" which means it's something new, only
then create a new thread. "

for example the course you're sharing in this thread was already shared here:

RE: [GET] Github introduction to version control and remote files
It is not for me to decide what you remove or don't, discovip, all I am saying is for you doing a search is necessary,to respect the rules of the forum. The three courses you posted, including this particular one, I have got from previous threads.
The whole idea is to reduce the clutter, and have everything related to a course under one and unique thread, and especially, if somebody is interested in a particular course, by doing a search, one won't have to go through many posts for the same course and waste valuable time.
Hope this clears it out for you.
Cheers.
