Tips make time to 00:00:00

1.Change date and time setting > Tab "Date and Time" > Change date and time > Change calendar settings > Tab "Time" > Short time to "h:mm" and Long time to "h:mm:ss" > OK
2.Now you runasdate.exe it will display time by system's time and you can change time to 00:00:00 like a inevitable
