I'm not sure if this sounds dumb but these are jpgs, psd's how to make into an animated gif? the pdf won't open:(

The pdf file is the tutorial file, it opens very very slowly.

The jpgs are only a non animated preview as it always is....
so that you can see what is in which psd file.
You dont have to work with the jpgs, they are only for preview.

You have to work with the psd file in Adobe Photoshop.

But if you dont know good PS and you can not open the tutorial.... then you have a problem. Only the tutorial can help.
