This grant/government nformation is STUNNINGLY out of date. I know someone who works with government grants on a daily basis, and I've heard them talk about how everything is different now. Some of these document are almost 10 years old. The programs themselves are pretty much all gone, and the information mainly consists of 'write a grant using our guide, submit it to these places' and then a list of hundreds of office addresses. So, maybe this is a good introduction to the concept of a government grant or loan, but it's almost of no use in real life. This is NO REFLECTION ON OP! They saved anyone interested in the topic from buying this outdated crap. |
