For perfect cinemograph we want video thats still and not shaking and no zoom in/outs or rotations.

FB Video allows only 30seconds loop -> lenght of video u selected on the top line+how many times u will loop it(option when exporting on the bottom)
gif's gona loop no matter what, for mp4 you can select number of loops
exporting best practices: gif 10fps and mp4 20-24fps

If you attempt to do this with something thats not still and other things i mentioned above you ll just get a usual gif. Need still video if you wana do this right way like pros !!!
