Being in your Element is about much more than just doing things you're good at. A lot of people do things they are good at but don't necessarily enjoy it.

Finding your Element is both a personal and social journey. It's personal because it's an understanding who you are and what you're capable of being and doing with your life. It's social in that so many people lack purpose in their lives. Just observe the number of people who are unhappy with their jobs or their lifestyles or any of the systems that influence their lives. People who are over-medicated. Homicidal. Suicidal. People whose lives are in a dark and gloomy place.

Being in your Element won't cure all of life's hardships but it will certainly help on an individual basis.
