This poster continuously posts bad/monetizing links - pretty much just a board spammer IMO.

I'm guessing that he thinks this place is OK with being trashed by spammers and also that the mods here are neither very smart, nor attentive.

Hopefully he'll soon get to see the error of his ways.
(I've reported a bunch of his spammy threads and will now report this thread too.)

Hi smithnowt, if you notice i already filtered his link(s).

If he continue doing that or changing his link on another spam.
Count me in he will be permanently banned.
I already filtered his other links so that will count as a warning from Mod,
if this user still continue to ignore and don't give value on the rules, then let me send him this via his inbox pm too so he wont be surprised if he get a permanent ban, i normally ban user without giving them a pm but since this user was a 2016 member maybe atleast we can warn him personally for one more last time if indeed he ignore the rules, our warning on him, then ban time is real.

Report to me if he did via pm as report button was over clattered with so many reports but i already started acting on several reports.

and expect on delay on pm as i received hundreds of pm too and some this pm i personally dont bother replying if i believe the answer is already provided, i advise users to use the search button or best way is to approach "lala' as she is more approchable compared to me.

Your attentions as well as those of the other moderators are hugely appreciated.

I've said this before, and this time and place seems right for saying it again:
As one who has used forums since well before they were even called that, I've seen many come and go.
Most often it was clearly due to very poor moderation - either too heavy handed, or lacking in attention altogether.

BBHF has LITERALLY the best moderation I've ever seen.
The mods here are helpful, totally NOT overbearing, yet do take actions that are good for the forum as a whole without beating people up.

My highest compliments to all the mods here.
(+Rep added for this thoughtful and wonderfully helpful response - not that mods need any, right ?!?)

PS:
Of course there will be someone who will see this reply as 'brown nosing' or whatever;
I'm OK with that as anyone who does not share these views either has so little experience or is so hostile that their opinions (when expressed publicly) are bound to scream only one word when looked at honestly:
