So the old Eastern European/Asian foods are finally finding their way into the North American diet.
That's So Funny.. :-) :-)

I remember my father making his own kefir at home when I was a child, and the sauerkraut is one of my most favourite foods till this day. Segedin goulash made from sauerkraut with sour cream...mmmmm yummy

Thanks so much for this timely share! Earlier today I was just told that I should be eating more fermented foods for some health issues I've been dealing with. I'm going to make the sauerkraut today!
