Sign up for a CPA network that allows content locking. Entice your Facebook friends that are addicted to Farmville-type games to enter a contest to win free credits. Send them to the content-locked page where they have to fill out an offer to enter the contest. It's a good enough idea that has been suggested before, but the author assumes that you either have a ton of Facebook friends or that your friends want you to spam them with contest offers for the games they play, so he doesn't go into great detail about how to find friends.

The guide is only 8 pages long, but it's still too long considering how light on information it is. If I had paid for this, I would be so pissed right now.
