If you don't want the dreaded Facebook photo verification, you better use an aged account. Do not just post in groups, perform all other actions you do on Facebook, such as wall posts, likes, comments and likes on pages, friend invites and send messages. Start slow - join 10 to 20 groups per day and post in about 10 to 20 groups to begin with - with some time delay.
