This is a great free wordpress backup and monitor, great interface too.



Features:

1. Actively verifies that a backup request originated from an officially authorized CodeGuard.com server.Each WordPress plugin generates a unique RSA key pair for strong per-site security.
2. Encrypts all data using CodeGuard’s 2048-bit RSA public key such that only officially authorized CodeGuard.com servers can read your data.Uses a RC4 stream cipher as implemented in the the OpenSSL library, which is the same library used to secure SSL websites hosted on the Apache Web Server.
3. Cracking a 2048-bit RSA key using the Number Field Sieve (NSF) could take up to 2.3 quadrillion years (468,481 times the current estimated age of the universe).
