I know this software began it's life as a wordpress plugin, but since its initial release, the vendor has moved the software over to his own servers and in order to set this software up to post to your pages, you have to link your FB account to it for it to work.

Surely the vendor will be able to grab all your details (including your FB details) at his end and be armed with enough information to come and track you down screaming 'You haven't paid for this software, so you will be prosecuted!'

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this?

I am surprised at the lack of understanding on this forum sometime.
Dude he will cancel your access is about all he can do.

Prosecution is a Legal jurisdictional matter, not worth Law Enforcement time, hence NO PROSECUTION!

Other option is a Civil jurisdiction, too costly to hire an attorney over some membership script.

Please grow up guys you sound like 12 y.o kids.

I treat the law like the back legs of a donkey. But I do appreciate you just telling us the law in the real sense as you see it, as opposed to the annoying "I cannot give legal advice as we're not qualified" puss replies I get from timid, scared as F*** sheeple.
