Comes down to this :

Step 1 : Find clients through Chamber of Commerce and Yellow Pages sites.
Step 2 : ... uh... basically just jumps into VERY basic on-page SEO, such as titling the page with keywords, putting your keywords in the page 6% of the time, and H1/H2 tags. No info about actually GETTING the client or anything like that, mind ya
Step 3 : Outsource all the off-page SEO to Hoist.

Bout it, really.

Not sure how this info is worth the investment. I've seen a LOT more info come out of $7 WSOs that is more actionable and able to bring in cash.
