I am probably going to take your advice and support the developer and buy this. I see it comes with 3 licenses.. if anyone wants to split / JV on a license let me know. Each license should be about $18 each - PM me if interested.

Today I finally had a chance to tested this software, it worked and scraped 5k ID very fast for me. But since Facebook change their rules on custom audience, it requires Facebook App to use User ID data, so the "User ID data type" won't work anymore, but emails,phone numbers and mobile advertise IDs still good.So I will go ahead and test this with few bucks. Be back with some results, maybe.
