I'm sure glad this is still available. I'm going to download it Friday. Well maybe Saturday, But definitely Sunday. Unless I get abducted by aliens, then I'll do it Monday.

Review:
I read the pdf in the course that is a transcription of all the audios. Here are the main ideas I got from it. - Have a life purpose - Take a project that you are procrastinating about. List all the things that need to get done. Start doing the easy tasks first then later do the difficult ones. - Set appropriate deadlines. If you want to write a book, don't create a deadline of 1 week to complete it, set a dead line you feel is comfortable for you and reasonable. Saying that I will complete the book in 10 years is also not correct. Maybe you feel that 6 months is an appropriate dead line. Than add 50% more time to it, a buffer, 3 months. So a total of 9 months is a more accurate time when you will finish the book. Plan according to 6 month dead line. Now assign deadline to each chapter. If there are 6 chapters then basically you need to complete 1 chapter per month. This goes down to each task that you take few minutes and few hours to complete. Example: Suppose you can easily write 10 pages in 2 hours then sit down decide you will write 10 pages and set a timer to 2 hours. Once 2 hours are up those 10 pages are considered final, don't sit there perfecting them again and again. Don't wait for the perfect time to start. Allow yourself to do mistakes, they can always be corrected later. Tell others about your dead line and they will hold you accountable. - Reward yourself on little accomplishments. Hope this helps |

I'm pretty bad when it comes to procrastination. I read a blog the other day which explians it pretty well: http://waitbutwhy.com/2013/10/why-procra...inate.html |

RE:
Big Tuna, Be nice.
I really don't procrastinate, I just put things off to a later date. |
