That's the way blackhat forums work :-) Exploit, share, review.

Get over it. At least he gets sincere feedback for his product. If he's a trickster with his methods, he deserves bad reviews here. If he rehashes something that's a thousand times openly discussed in the forums, he also deserves what he gets here ;-)

Look: Methods based on sound business basics are usually sustainable over longer periods (in most cases as long as the communication channel exists). A reverse squeeze will never be banned by law - a squeeze before download might get the hammer in the future.

To lure freebie-seekers into a list will probably only work for maybe two years from now.
The laws regarding permission marketing in general are becoming more tight every year. In some countries, cold calling isn't even allowed without a signature (on PAPER!).
