1. Grab it!!
2. Print it.
3. Cut all the pages by the middle. (60 pages * 2= 120 halves).
4. Go to the toilet.
5. Now you have 120 HQ pieces to wipe your ass.

No, come on. Now seriously, you pay to learn the secret of a High open rate: the relationship with your list. The problem is the way...he talk about send long emails telling stories every day...does not work the same in all lists...
