I installed your script on my domain http://www.cosmopolistravel.com and I have this strange output "No input file specified. Any help is appreciated. PS: Ioncube is installed also is PHP5.3 and MySql hosted by Godaddy Linux |

It is Htaccess issue edit in Htaccess or rename the htaccess file while installation process.
