by the way, this is counter intuitive but this author helped me to understand that customers are totaly stupid and thus i will never ever try to run a business ever based on what i learned about customers , i will never try to manage this social and economic stupidity this is funny. isn't it ? the pareto principle agrees with me : 80 % of businesses are failures . . |
