I installed ESET Smart Security 6 instead of ESET Antivirus on the link you provided.
Then I entered the serial key you gave and it worked! Thanks  +rep added

Im still using Eset Nod32 v4, then connected it to an update server so no need for username and password.
You can try this server if it will work on your version.
