REVIEW...REVIEW...REVIEW

I haven't looked at or downloaded the OP's upload, but I will say this. Yes, I've just gone and had a look at the OP. This Review or Comments are not to deride the OP's upload, but please read this....

The Op has included the sales page and ecover downloads from ECover Authority, but and I do mean but...

The software is NOT 'ECover Authority', it is 'EasyCoverCreator'. An entirely different program that someone else is playing funny-buggers with and trying to retitle it. Watch the Demo and you'll see what it says and what I mean.

'EasyCoverCreator' has been around for many years and was probably one of the first applications you had to use online. Probably well before anyone thought of the words-'web-based' and 'cloud'. It's an old software program that was excellent in its time, but very, very limited with being able to add graphics and additional text and layouts.

By all means go ahead and download it and use it...but it isn't "ECover Authority".

"ECover Authority" is the Newer version of 'ECoverMaker', which has been around for a few years now.

I used to use it a few times when they allowed you a bigger and wideer selection of a free download. Otherwise, they charged $4.95 per single ECover/Box/etc., download. The other part was that you could pay $99 per year for unlimited use.

Now it seems that ECover Maker has white-labelled it and sold off to a few select Developers/Companies. And of course, they can call it whatever they want.

It is a 'web-based application' and cannot be downloaded, unless someone could make a 'portable version' of it. I can't even share it here. It would also seem that a lot of Developers are these days making applications solely web-based. With the crap message, that yes, you can save your HD space and store everything in the 'cloud'. I hate that, but I believe more and more will be doing it.

I just bought ECover Authority because I like it. It's easy to use and believe me, there is a huge selection of product images to use, compared to some other crappy little ecover makers.

Despite what someone has said elsewhere, you can alter, change, adjust text, pictures, import your own images and text and that is the beauty of it. You can also make and save as a TPNG, apart from JPEG.
TPNG's are then easy to change to a Vector through Inkscape.

Well, I paid $29.20 and I get a Lifetime use, whereas, the seven day sale is over. They have a set number of clients now and any newcomers will have to pay either $4.95 per use or $97 per year unlimited.

What is confusing with the shit they say...'No need to use Photoshop', yet they are handing out all these PSD's that you have to use on Photoshop. Just a stupid freebie sales gimmick. Anyway, you can import your images and resize easy enough. I think it is worth having as a workable tool and the images are sharp enough.

EDIT: lol...I just checked the Sales page and Yes, you can still buy it for - - $29.20...

[But hurry, those stupid countdown clocks keep going and never timeout correctly].
