Unzip the rar files by selecting them all and right click unzip, then you will find an Mac OS X extension just double click on it its 1 GB and it requires about 4 GB additionally to library included in it :)

For Windows, it's best to download this from a Torrent Site like Pirate Bay. It's 2.89 GB in size. I got mine here

I haven't had any virus problems at all. I use the software to write articles for online content sites and it has increased my speed by about 30% over typing manually. It takes some time to learn how to use it, and it also learns your speech patterns as well.

I no longer need this software. Google Drive/Google Docs (active first under "tools" and click "voice typing") now has excellent voice recognition tool which is just as great as Dragon Speaking. The only drawback is you need internet access but other than that, it picks up your voice and pronunciations fairly accurate and does the same thing as Dragon Naturally Speaking. Get a good usb mic and you're good to go with Google Docs. Hope that helps someone.

hmmm interesting, you just may have solved a problem for me. i have a video from a client in brazil, i need to use the audio to make a new video.. problem i don't speak Portuguese and client seem too lazy to just retype the message. i will give google doc a try, what's the worse that can happen.. it don't work... and I move on.
