He may be a di*ck head, but he's making millions out of peddling the same stuff over and over again and then creaming off the top with his coaching business to create more clones of himself.

He's not a stupid as you (and everyone else) thinks he is. In fact I think part of it is showmanship - he acts that way to create an affinity with his audience who rapidly become his fans, because he looks as stupid as they are.
