It's entirely your choice as to what you do with it. It's an original file, not just copied from somewhere else, so you could always purchase an ET subscription, just to give you peace of mind, and get exactly the same file.

delete this file after download
C:\Downloads\Divi\Divi\core\admin\js\portability.js
