He has 2 prices for it, $7 for 1 month access. Or $37 Lifetime access.

Here is a similar scraper that does almost the same, except it does not get the email addresses of each. Although 1 thing this scraper CAN do that the localleadrobot can't do, is scrape on ANY website you go on. Instant Data Scraper is a chrome plugin that can work on any chromium based browser, including Brave.
