RE:
There are a lot of shy people out there....

This could help them to at least some degree.

-----------------
Personal note:

I was terribly shy until I was 20-- and then said, " to hell with that..."
(Think of the most intensely shy person you've ever met - that was me....) I did a complete personality make-over. It took 15 minutes.

Overnight, I had more dates than I could imagine, made double the money within a year.

The secret: In EVERY social situation from then on I responded to questions and other dilemmas like Johnny Carson would (in your case you could chose any famous person/movie star who you believe handles life better than you do). That includes NOT answering questions that you believe the inquisitor doesn't deserve to know. Another key is that you have to be 100% invested
in this new "chosen" personality.

The result is, because of the success received from the "change" of your personality, your new personality sticks for good. And since you now realize that you can change yourself so prodigiously- other changes are not that hard any more. You can truly be anyone you really want to- a$$h0le or saint or anything in between.

Anyway, that said-- this little book is pretty good for the "shy" among us.

PS: In IM you really can't afford to be shy. Asking for money and expecting to get it precludes possessing a shy demeanor.
