The credit repair portion of this is okay, I agree that the altering bank statements etc will lasnd your ass in prison. However, disputing items on your credit is totally legal and does not say that it's yours. He banking on the creditors that actually buy junk debt don't actually have the required documents they should have.

You can dispute all you want. Disputing the debt doesn't validate it being yours.

Interesting read, but ONLY for the U.S.A.

Perhaps somebody may come up with something for other countries, including the U.K. as we have many problems trying to get credit scores corrected.
