Firstly, MAX REPS and THANK YOU SO MUCH to both m457312 (for the original share) and Vinchenz (for posting them with the edited links); but, like some of you, I too, was unable to use them. It looks like it was removed on the server side.

But that led me to do some searching ...

And boy-oh-boy, not only did I find a download --- I got a whole lot more than I bargained for!

NOTE: It looks like the link on the file share site I posted has now been disabled (at least, it was when I last checked again). So, I uploaded what I have on my hard drive to zippyshare for you. If there is anything not included in that file that you may need to use it, I apologize in advance but I cannot help you. I shared the file exactly as I downloaded it.

Also, and I cannot stress this enough, if you want this, get it now because oftentimes, zippy links have the life span of a gnat. I won't waste my time re-upping something I originally shared when someone who got it could simply post a mirror. So don't ask.
