Well just for answering you question. Coveractionpro is it a little program where u must have photoshop to used it. It is a plugin action for photoshop. Unless u want to used the flat cover ebook template that been provided by coveractionpro then it is ok. If u want to do 3d or 2d then this plugin will help you up, it is made mainly for photoshop.

To get photoshop you can download trial or you can search in the forum there someone has been sharing the program.
