I got VideoMakerFX. Explaindio also looks good. Couldn't justify paying a monthly subscription fee.

tts video maker is some where near to this. but they don't have much voice over engines..that's like wasting money..not only this only female voice engine are there.

I would suggest Easy VSL as an alternative, I believe version 2.0 comes out in October or November so hold tight.
