the problem is he has a bunch of people who promote his stuff and he promotes theirs. Getting started and getting traction is the hard part.

Update: To date, according to Warrior+, he has sold 500+ with an 8% refund rate.
Conversion rate 12% (shows the value of a good sales letter, which he probably paid for) and a Visitor Value EPC of $1.76.

Surprised the refund rate isn't higher.

In terms of getting people to promote your stuff, it really isn't that difficult. But it takes time. Forge some friendships with people, don't just PM or email them and say 'promote my stuff 'cos we'll both make tons of money" - affiliates get that every day and they're sick of it.

Say something like 'Hey, just promoted your latest cool product [name of product] to my list, really loved it. Great job, converted really well! BTW I've got a product launch coming up real soon. Would you like me to send you a review copy - I'll be doing 100% commissions. Just let me know."

Do that enough times and you'll start to forge some alliances over the coming weeks and months.

And you'll need a good sales funnel to attract affiliates. Serious affiliates aren't interested in $7 products. They want OTOs that raise the EPC. Here's what Nick has got:

It doesn't have to be as complicated as that. An upsell of $27 (with a downsell of $17 )and another upsell at $97 (with a downsell to $47) will do. Recurring is always nice if you have a membership offer.
