This refers to the platform you use to upload your design. Teespring, Sunfrog, etc.

You upload the png file to the t-shirt platform you're using. The png file includes a space for you to add your own text. You can create multiple t-shirts by targeting multiple niches. The video on the sales page explains this process very well.
