All of the training is in the system once you have it installed all you need to do is click the help button on top of your dashboard and you will get a list of links to training videos.

As far as uploading and installing on your server the pdf is straight forward on how to do this. You will need to use ftp client to your hosting account.

If you still don't know after this you need to hit up youtube on how to upload and in stall php scripts on your server. Tons of videos have been made on how to do this since the 90's bud.

Now even after this if you still unsure time to get off the cash and pay someone to do it for you. That will be your last option.

Even though I copy files I'm getting "Sorry! you need to upgrade your version to use this" error

Extract the PLATINUM files in your main folder and you're ready to go !

In your case it will be
AInstallSqueezePage
You should have 133 elements on your main folder if you have less or more, that means that you did something wrong

I installed this product and went through the entire build process but when i clicked on the final button to finish the sales funnel i keep getting an error.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /xxxxxxxxxxx/create.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any ideas on what might be going on. Is it a problem with my hosting maybe? I tried to change permissions on that file but it didnt help any.

I contacted my webhost support and they couldnt seem to figure out what was wrong either. BTW i actually purchased this product so i have a non-pirated copy. The seller Lucas Adamski wont answer any of my support tickets or emails etc so pretty much figured i got scammed by this guy. You know paypal wont refund if its a digital product.

Some smart guys on this forum so hoping someone knows what the fix is ).

The first thing you should check is the user permissions for the sql database. Since your error is related to access and create then sounds like you didn't allow all rights to the database for that user.

This is the most likely culprit for your issue. So go into your sql db and reassign user permission to make certain the user has all rights.

Beyond this it could be that you need to changemod a file or two. There in lies a new set of issues if the developer didn't create a tutorial for changemod related issues. As you won't know what files or folders to change permissions on.

So just start with SQL Db first and try creating your funnel again.

Thank you i'll give that a shot but when i set up the data base i assigned all privliges so thats why i'm a bit confused why i dont have permission on that particular file.

try changing the permission for the file only(create.php) and if that doesn't work, change the permissions for the file and directory. i am assuming this file is only going to be used once so if it works, you can always change the permissions back to secure permissions or even delete the file from your hosting account all together since you already have your backup files saved on your hd. i think a tweak to the .htaccess file might work too but would have to know more info....
