CRASH COURSE INTO PARKOUR
“60 Days Of Beginner Workouts and Tutorials For Learning Parkour!”
Hey Tapp Brothers here,

We are glad that you want to learn parkour! But Parkour may not be exactly what you think it is...

First, if you're like my bro and I... then you want to...
Get functional strength... serious pound for pound muscle that you can use to jump, climb, and move like an athlete.
Gain cat like agility so you can beast the next obstacle course run.
Have a fun activity to stay in shape so working out is more like a game instead of a chore.
Get full control over your body so you can physically handle any situation, from hoping a fence to saving a family member.
Build lean attractive muscle to walk around at the beach or pool with full confidence.
Or just learn some cool ninja skills to impress some friends and prepare your body for the Zombie Apocalypse :)
If you agree with us on any of those, then parkour will be a good fit for you!

A lot of people think parkour is an extreme sport and you have to be a stunt man in order to train it... This is due to most of the videos you see online and the action in films...

However, the extreme side is just a small fraction of parkour.

You don't have to be extreme or be a crazy athlete to start training parkour and reap it's benefits. In fact my brother and I never took gymnastics or martial arts before we got into parkour. We only had experience in regular sports like cross country and soccer.

Parkour is really just developing your bodies natural movements. These are all movements that your body was designed to perform... crawling, running, jumping, climbing, and vaulting.

This is what makes parkour so scalable and great for a wide range of people, regardless of current physical level or experience.

Parkour, when done correctly, can be one of the best workouts for building coordination, strength, mobility, and over all athleticism.

The BIG problem is that most people don't know the right ways to train or how to build into the moves properly. This leads to a lot of frustration.
They don't know where to start, this makes them feel awkward and weird while training.
They don't know the right techniques and it prevents them from learning the moves.
They develop bad form that leads to painful or severe injuries that could have easily been avoided.
I don't want any of those things to happen to you... That's why my brother and I created the Crash Course Into Parkour!
