I also wanted to give the OP credit for providing the page when it was requested. Too often we act as if folks on this forum owe us something. No one has to share anything with us. I'm grateful to those who do and I always give +3 rep when I download a share. I'm trying to give back with reviews and responding to questions when I can. All of my rep is from doing this and I wish there were fewer threads full of "thanks for the share" comments (that's what the thank button is for) and more comments regarding implementation. I have no doubt that the ads on this network will work, as long as you test and tweak. Now, conversions are obviously going to be lower than a higher-quality ad network like Adwords or Bing, but remember that you'll probably end up paying less than 1/100th of what the Adwords CPC would be, so that essentially means you can could convert 100 times worse and still basically be on par with Adwords in terms of campaign profitability.
Just bear in mind that you'll need to test and tweak your campaign. A common misconception among many is that just because it is paid traffic, it should start being profitable right away, and that if it is not, then the ad source doesn't work. It doesn't work that way; whether it's free or paid advertising, you'll need to test some parameters, split test, and then optimize your campaign to maximize profitability.
