Here is a simple recap if you want to wait and see if this is for you.

Grab a domain relating to local apartments and rentals. For example, OrlandoRentals.com You are going to scour other rental sites and scrape those listings onto your own site. Be sure to get all the relevant information, as you want to pass the leads directly to the landlord.

You will monetize the website with credit report cpa links. They will use the copy f this credit report to show to the landlord, thus making everyone happy. You can also use Adsense.

You will get traffic to your website by spamming Craigslist and Facebook. Does the idea seem plausible, to me it does, You might make some cash off of it, guess it depends on how hard you hit it.
