It's a waste of time...OMG not only he hasn't re-written part of this PLR....(he says only...drive traffic from youve, create campaigns with bing....) he try to sell you expensive plugins in the fist page! OMG!

Now you've settled on 1, 2 or even 3 offers you want we need to split test them.
Split testing is where you promote each offer on a PPC platform, such as 7search or
Bing, to see which offer works best or brings in the most profit. We recommend that
you run the offers for at least 200 – 300 clicks from the PPC Platform before making
any decision. Although you could see this as “set and forget” it's not recommended.
You'll want to always keep and eye on your testing to make sure you're always
making cash on your offers.

Once you've found that sweet offer, the one that's bringing in more that you're
spending consistently you want to upscale it. This simply means you pump as much
money as you are comfortable with into that ad copy. Since we've done our testing we
can be fairly confident that we've picked the right offer to promote and that the offer
you've selected is going to be bringing in the cash.
Step 7
Rinse and repeat. Yup, it's really that easy. Once you've built up enough CPA
cash you can be running as many offers as you want in different niche markets and
bringing in an almost automated income on a daily basis. A word to the wise though,
for your first couple of months use your CPA earnings to build up your offer portfolio
and promote the offers that you've chosen. Keep an eye on what's doing well and get
rid of the ones that have dropped off your own comfort zone in terms of profitability.
Remember that this method doesn't just apply to Search PPC. You can use
other advertising platforms such as Social PPC as well as banner advertising and Pay
Per View. ALWAYS follow the rules of the CPA Network and the offer itself. If in
doubt about anything to do with your offers or the network itself, as 5.2 mentioned,
take it up with your affiliate manager, they'll point you in the right direction and let
you know the best way to go about it.
